Collection and Shipping & Delivery

All Clou orders are packed with utmost care and consideration for both you and the planet. As such, we try our best to remove as much excess packaging as possible. 

Every order comes with a velvet-lined box to protect your Clou piece - be it from the signature collections or bespoke. Gift Wrapping and other services are available only upon request. 

Once your order is ready, we will inform you of when you can collect your piece. Self-collection is available during our usual operating hours. 

Within Singapore, all orders above $1000 are eligible for free delivery to your address of choice.

For international orders, a delivery charge may apply. We will inform you accordingly. 

Please note that all customs charges/fees are to be borne by the buyer.
