We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase on hand.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at enquiry@clou.com.sg . If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items that are sent back to us without a prior return authorisation.
In the case that you are based outside of Singapore, and getting the item to us will take longer than 7 days, please email us at enquiry@clou.com.sg and we will try to assist you. Assistance will be on a case by case basis in such instances.
